Copyright Delta B.V.
Effective: September 2026
Copyright Delta is committed to providing an inclusive, respectful and equitable working environment in which people have equal opportunities to contribute, develop and progress.
This Gender Equality Plan sets out our approach to gender equality across our organisation, recruitment, leadership, research, technology development and external collaborations. It applies to employees, contractors, management and others working on behalf of Copyright Delta.
Copyright Delta’s management is responsible for the implementation of this Gender Equality Plan.
Copyright Delta has established a Gender Equality Working Group consisting of:

The Working Group is responsible for periodically reviewing this Plan, monitoring relevant indicators and identifying appropriate actions and training.
Copyright Delta commits appropriate management time and organisational resources to gender equality, inclusive recruitment, professional development and maintaining a respectful working environment.
Copyright Delta will periodically review relevant workforce data, including gender representation across the organisation, recruitment and leadership.
Where appropriate and legally permitted, data will be considered in a gender-disaggregated form. We will use these indicators to identify significant imbalances and review progress over time, while respecting employee privacy and applicable data protection requirements.
The Gender Equality Working Group will review these indicators at least annually and consider whether additional measures are appropriate.
Recruitment, remuneration, professional development and advancement are based on skills, experience, performance and the requirements of the role.
Copyright Delta aims to provide equal opportunities irrespective of gender and seeks to avoid gender bias in recruitment, evaluation, promotion and leadership decisions.
We periodically consider gender balance within our team and decision-making structures and seek diverse candidate pools when recruiting.
Copyright Delta supports working practices that allow people to combine professional responsibilities with family and personal responsibilities.
We promote a culture in which flexible working arrangements, parental responsibilities and other caring responsibilities do not disadvantage employees in their professional development or opportunities within the organisation.
We aim to maintain an open working environment in which employees can raise concerns and discuss adjustments where appropriate.
As a technology company working with AI, data, intellectual property and digital infrastructure, Copyright Delta considers potential gender and diversity implications where these are relevant to our research, datasets, technology and services.
Where appropriate, this includes considering whether data, algorithms, research methodologies or system design could introduce or reinforce unintended bias.
These considerations also apply where Copyright Delta participates in collaborative research and innovation projects.
Copyright Delta promotes awareness of gender equality, inclusion and unconscious bias among employees and decision-makers.
Relevant team members involved in recruitment, management, research and technology development will periodically participate in appropriate awareness activities or training.
The Gender Equality Working Group will identify relevant training needs and review these as part of the annual review of this Plan.
Copyright Delta does not tolerate discrimination, intimidation, sexual harassment, gender-based harassment or other inappropriate behaviour.
Concerns can be raised confidentially with management and will be taken seriously and handled appropriately, with respect for the privacy and position of the individuals involved.
Copyright Delta seeks to maintain a working environment in which everyone is treated with dignity and respect.
This Gender Equality Plan will be reviewed at least annually by the Gender Equality Working Group.
The review will consider relevant workforce indicators, recruitment and leadership representation, training activities, organisational developments and lessons arising from our research and European collaborative projects.
Where appropriate, Copyright Delta will update its policies, practices and this Plan based on these reviews.
This Gender Equality Plan has been formally adopted by Copyright Delta’s management.
Copyright Delta commits to providing the resources necessary for its implementation and to periodically reviewing the Plan, relevant organisational indicators and resulting actions.
